Bike Monkey does not use cookie tracking technology on our website to record information about you or the sites you've visited. We have stopped using Google Analytics to record our site traffic, and have instead switched to a privacy-centric non-cookie platform called Plausible. You may learn more about Plausible here.
We do use Cookie tracking information in our online store to help us understand how best to reach new audiences with our rad merchandise.
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We are unable to process refunds. However, for races we do allow transfers for an administrative fee as close as 7 days prior to an event.

Participants of Bike Monkey events can expect to be awarded in various age and gender categories that vary by event. In categories where the number of competitors present exceeds 30 entrants, we may choose to extend the podium depth to 5 competitors.
The basis for Bike Monkey’s women's athlete rule is to allow us to further our effort toward protecting fairness across the spectrum of women’s racing. We strive to promote access and inclusion, regardless of gender identity, while honoring the dedication and hard work of the elite female peloton.
