Ride to support veterans on Veterans Day Weekend this coming Saturday, November 11th. This ride starts and finishes in downtown Petaluma, California near the epicenter of Petaluma's annual Veterans Day Parade.
This is a non-timed, casual, beautiful, purposeful ride with and in support of veterans through the Saber Six Foundation.
Complete the form below to register for one of 100 available spaces in the first edition of the Saber Six Pedals and Parachutes ride. This is a non-competitive road cycling event in support of the Saber Six Foundation.
A gem of a ride, bridging two counties this route will take participants south from Petaluma through our bucolic rolling hillsides and onto a newer path, adjacent Highway 101 which is a comfortable corridor for cyclists. After reaching northern Novato, you'll head west, passing Stafford Lake, and beautiful Sonoma County farmland.
Roll out with the group, and split off at San Antonio Road for a shorter option with a lot less climbing, yet still featuring much of the same, beautiful rolling Sonoma County countryside.
Ride Entry is $95 per person which includes a well-supported ride with roving SAG support, one gathering location on the longer route, on-bike marshal support and a small post-ride meal when your ride is over.
By default, an additional $25 donation is selected. You may change this below. $95 covers the cost of a veteran to join the event and ride with you!
