Emerging from our caves with our minds barely intact, we squint from the harsh light of day. Like a spring bloom, we come out into the world from a period of dank retreat, ready to engage the sweet air and warm sun. In our besmirched hands, we hold issue #9, scraped from the inside of the minds of a whole new army of contributors. Treatises on travel, critiques on craft, musings on mishaps: as ever, we got ‘em all. We’ve expanded our content this time around and hope you all enjoy the hell out of it.
Our dear periodical should be in your postal receptacle by now. If there’s naught but the cat sleeping in the mailbox, then another year has passed you by and you’ll need to re-subscribe. If you’ve never subscribed, then do it now. We won’t tell anyone you’ve been posing. For those of you commitment-phobes who like paying full price, we’ve tossed it into bike shops and bookstores. If it’s not in your favorite retail venue, have them contact us and we’ll fix ‘em up smartly.

Combining local knowledge, years of professional cycling experience, and the scientific expertise of the sport’s most celebrated training physician, the “Massimo Fondo” training camp will coach twelve riders on Sonoma County’s most famous routes as a benefit for Levi’s GranFondo charities.
