Here's your cast!
  • Carlos Perez
    Carlos Perez
    Editor in Chief
Hi! I am the Editor in Chief of Bike Monkey Magazine, an avid cyclist and advocate for people being involved by putting some time into whatever it is they love. Bike Monkey is something that found me twidling my fingers one day when I realized that there was more to life than a high paying salary at my desk job of the time.
  • Carrie has a black belt in sport psychology and uses her sweet skills to help people beef up their brain cells. Carrie enjoys long walks on the beach and expensive romantic dinners. She also loves concession stand nachos and continues to be in denial about her coffee addiction.
  • I’m Charlie, a 15 year old kid at Novato High School and I’m good at two things: writing and mountain biking. It seems pretty fitting that I’m going to be writing for Bike Monkey doesn’t it? Anyways, I’ll be writing a blog every couple of weeks this summer so check out my stuff when you aren’t riding or working (which probably doesn’t leave you much time does it?)
  • Fritz Wisor

  • Carlos lets me edit content for the magazine and generally allows me to spew across the page. I found my wife, my home, and myself on a bike. I'm thinking I should stick with it.

  • Roger Bartels

    Fastest Dentist
Roger is one of Sonoma County's elite cyclists. He's so fast, in fact that he has earned himself the title of being the "Fastest Dentist on Earth".
  • Hey, I’m Sam. The BikeMonkey team has generously offered to host my ramblings for a while, so I’ll be here writing about biking for as long as they can put up with me. I live in Marin County, California, where the singletrack is in short supply but the sun is always shining.
